No! You can checkout as a guest or create an account to track your orders, save your preferences, and make future shopping faster.

5. Are your products genuine and high quality?
Absolutely! We carefully select products that are practical, reliable, and affordable. Every item is checked for quality before it is shipped.


Shipping & Delivery Questions

1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery within India usually takes 6–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to courier services, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

2. Which courier partners do you use?
We use trusted carriers including Bluedart, DTDC, Deintvery, XpressBees, EcomExpress, Ekart, Amazon Logistics, and Shadowfax.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed or sent via SMS. You can also track your order on our website using the tracking page.


Payment Questions

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept COD, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via PhonePe.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available without extra charges, but COD orders require verification via phone call before shipment.

3. Is online payment secure?
Absolutely! We use trusted payment gateways, and your financial information is securely encrypted to ensure safe transactions.


Returns & Refund Questions

1. What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your item. All products must be in original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to initiate a return.

2. Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. We currently do not charge a restocking fee.

3. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment source or bank account within 8–15 business days. For COD refunds, the same timeline applies. You’ll be notified once your return is accepted.
